ONVIAT, located in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you give us. You can write to [email protected] about anything related to this notice.
When you request a website from this page we ask for three details: your business name, your line of business and the channel you prefer to be contacted by, together with that channel's detail (your WhatsApp number, your email address or your phone number). If you later send us material for your website (text, photos, logos, hours, prices), we use that material only to build it.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies; we only measure visits in aggregate, without identifying anyone.
We use your data to answer your request, prepare and send you the sample website, follow up on the conversation and, if you hire the service, provide it, charge for it and invoice it. These purposes are necessary for our relationship with you.
Secondarily, we may send you information about our services. If you do not want to receive it, write to [email protected] and we will stop; this does not affect how we handle your request.
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is processed on our behalf by the providers that run this service: the site hosting (Cloudflare), the company email (Zoho) and the messaging service through which we receive requests. We only hand it to an authority when the law requires it.
You may access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law), as well as withdraw the consent you gave us or limit how your data is used. To do so, write to [email protected] with your name, the business you contacted us about and the right you want to exercise. We reply within 20 business days at most.
If we change this notice, we publish the new version at this same address with its update date.
